postheadericon DEF JAM SAYS GOOD BYE TO BOBBY V. AND OTHERS...

THIS WEEKEND IT SEEMS THAT DEF JAM GAVE BOBBY AND SOME OTHER DTP ARTIST THEIR WALKING PAPERS. IT SEEMS AFTER A NOT SO DOPE PERFORMANCE FROM BOBBY , SHAREEFA AND STEPH JONES IN FRONT OF LA. REID AND OTHER INDUSTRY HEADS , THEY WERE DROPPED FROM THE LABEL A FEW DAYS LATER. WELL I DON'T KNOW ABOUT MR. JONES AND SHAREEFA BUT I KNOW BOBBY MIGHT BE A NICE PICK UP FOR A WARNER OR ATLANTIC . I GUESS WE WILL JUST HAVE TO STAY TUNED. WORD IS THAT LUDA IS STILL IN GOOD STANDING AS OF NOW. BUT I GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO SEE WHAT HE DOES WITH HIS DTP LABEL ... GOOD LUCK TO CHAKA AND THE TEAM....
DON'T WORRY THO BOBBY VALENTINO WILL STILL BE DROPPING HIS DIGITAL ALBUM "COME WITH ME" .
I JUST GOT SOME INFO VIA STAYONDECK.COM
The project "Come With Me "will drop late April (official release date coming soon) it will be a "non politic/great music project " Valentino says. The songs all run together and take you on a journey from the Jazz club, to the regrets of passing up the girl of your dreams, to the exotic islands, to the feelings of love, and even the struggles of the world at war in "What's Going On." This album is also said to be a response to the recent events involving DTP acts at Def Jam. Valentino says he's got great music he's been holding on to that is straight for the people and music lovers.
